This film is part of an educational resource pack tailored to the Personal and Social Development curriculum guidelines for S4-S6 students. It is a follow-up, to a previous film which targeted the 5-14 curriculum.

The group were involved in a number of filmed consultations, which identified the key issues affecting young disabled people in the transition into adulthood. It features issues such as going on to further education, independent living, finding work, dealing with health professionals and handling social situations. The young people devised the video based on their real life experiences and it uses a mixture of dramatised situations, animation and straight presentation to camera. The film is supported by a printed pack containing guidelines for teachers and practical exercises for students.

The film was launched at an event held in the Festival Theatre in Edinburgh by Peter Peacock MSP, Minister for Education, Children and Young People. The Scottish Executive part-funded the project and has purchased copies to go into every secondary school in Scotland.
